About the service
La Creme is owned and operated by Michael Alexander at lacreme.app. These terms apply to use of its local discovery guide and community features. The guide provides information and recommendations about Houston places and experiences. Please use it lawfully and respect the people and businesses it features.
Check details before you go
Hours, prices, menus, availability, ratings and venue policies can change. Confirm important details directly with the business before traveling, booking or purchasing. Maps and outside data can be incomplete or unavailable.
La Creme Heat and FIRE labels express our editorial selections. Community scores express contributors’ views. Neither label is an official award or an endorsement by a map provider. Some photographs illustrate a category or atmosphere and may not depict the named venue.
Contribute with care
Submit information you believe is accurate and have permission to share. Do not post another person’s private information, misleading endorsements, unlawful material, harassment, spam or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Disclose a relevant business connection when recommending a place.
You retain rights you hold in your contribution. By submitting it, you give La Creme permission to store, display, format and edit it as needed to operate the guide and its public maps. Submissions may be visible to other visitors. We may review, correct, decline or remove contributions, including material reported as inaccurate or inappropriate. Use Contact Us for correction or removal requests.
Outside links, purchases and bookings
Maps, search results, merchants and booking services are operated independently. Their terms, privacy practices, prices, payments, delivery and refund policies govern transactions you complete with them. Contact the merchant for purchase or booking support. A link alone does not establish a partnership or approval.
Clearly marked active affiliate links may earn La Creme a commission. An ordinary link does not imply an active affiliate relationship. Details about tracking and visitor choices appear in our Privacy Policy.
Alcohol-related offers are for adults aged 21 or older in the United States and remain subject to merchant verification, local law and delivery availability. La Creme does not sell or ship alcohol.
Access and your rights
Features and content may change or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or guarantee a particular experience, price or result. Do not interfere with site operations, bypass access controls or misuse community features. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
